American Airlines is expanding its cargo only flights this month to Rome, London Heathrow, Zurich and Paris. From Philadelphia, AA will begin cargo only services to Zurich and Rome Fiumicino Airport. From Zurich, AA will be transporting essential pharmaceutical chemicals, trucked from Germany, which are destined for San Juan Airport. American Airlines now offers cargo capacity on 126 international flight per week.
