Jamaica’s Kingston Freeport Terminal had it largest cargo containership ever dock. That was the 13,414 TEU CMA CGM T Roosevelt. The arrival of the vessel represents the achievement of one of the concession agreement objectives between the port, PAJ and CMA CGM. Investment and works conducted at the port increases its capacity and improves competitiveness. The work included dredging the shipping channel, repaving the South Berth and the strengthening of the quay wall.
